Electronic Recliner and Glider with USB Port by Nate Berkus

Is a power recliner comfortable enough for long nursing and feeding sessions?

Yes — customers consistently describe babyletto power recliners as ideal for extended feeding sessions, pregnancy, and overnight use. The smooth, quiet electric recline lets you adjust your position without waking a sleeping baby, and the wider seat gives you room to shift comfortably during long stretches.

Will a power recliner look too bulky or nursery-specific for other rooms in my home?

Babyletto power recliners are designed to work beyond the nursery — customers regularly use them in primary bedrooms, living rooms, and home offices. The modern silhouettes and fabric options are styled to feel sophisticated rather than strictly baby-focused, so the chair can grow with your space.

How well does a power recliner hold up with heavy everyday use?

Customers report their chairs remaining in excellent condition through multiple babies and years of daily use. The fabrics are consistently described as durable and easy to clean, which matters a lot when you're dealing with the realities of new parenthood.

Do I need to air out the chair before using it in a baby's room?

Customers specifically call out that babyletto power recliners do not require off-gassing time and are ready to use right out of the box. This is a meaningful advantage when you're setting up a nursery and want to avoid exposing a newborn to chemical odors.

Is a power recliner a good fit for smaller nurseries, and will my feet reach the floor?

The chairs are sized to work in a nursery without overwhelming the room, and customers at average heights like 5'5" confirm their feet touch the floor comfortably for rocking. That said, it's worth measuring your space before purchasing since the footrest extends outward when reclined.
